Ed -I was trying to say there are not many "available" rigs -- almost all need work -- the ones NBR and PTEN are rolling out are costing 2.5 million --not chump change. I think many people believe there are still 200 rigs ready to go but the data I get privately suggests less than 50 --and these are not high quality - bottom line --we are nearly out of rigs without substantial investment --that 40% figure is a myth --and no one there to crew them anyway --Frank
