Am intimately familiar with the River House, and with the "fact" that the owner of all that land on which the Pentagon City shopping area is now constructed once vowed that development would never occur on that land.

Ha! Was only waiting for a better price, probably.

Geez....we used to play softball games on that swampy land. Used to have a good volleyball court there, as well. Now it's home to big-box retailers.
