Altair19- beautifully stated my friend. i was called upon to speak on behalf of her sailing friends at her memorial service last night. at first i felt inadequate because i'm not a good speaker and i thought it would be presumptuous of me to try to express the love of so many. but after a bit more thought i remembered that we are only a bunch of old sailors with little more than two words in our vocabulary, one of which starts with an F and the other a simple one letter word... RRRRRRRRR. i decided i could probably say it as well as anyone... so i raised an imaginary ration of grog and toasted to the beautiful life of our friend...
