Until the release of John O'Neill's book, UNFIT FOR COMMAND, it's been a frustrating, uphill battle to get any press notice. Something seems to have hit a nerve in Kamp Kerry finally! As usual Ann Coulter puts her finger on the next set of problems we face.anncoulter.org Ironically, SBVT did not start out to question John Kerry's war record. In the early meetings it was pretty much decided to leave those issues alone: he had the medals and that was that. The plan was to focus on his disgraceful after-the-war actions. When we got a little publicity, more Swift veterans started coming forward with their personal stories about the "war hero" side of Kerry. As first-person story after story piled-up, it was decided to pursue this avenue as well as his après-war behavior. The furor John O'Neill's book is causing indicates some sensitivity on the part of the Kerryites to this issue. The original premise was to get Kerry to release his full Navy "jacket" so voters could decide for themselves. This hasn't been done yet with only Kamp Kerry approved portions of his service jacket being released (then un-released, then re-released, then mysteriously being re-re-released in another form). His full record, which is held by the Navy, can only be released with his approval. If you agree there is something strange going on here and want to help bring the truth forward, please go to swiftvets.com where you can make an online contribution to our 527 organization.
