Libel is a serious crime. It's one thing to throw around wild accusation one awesite, another to run TV ads claiming that an honest person is a liar, and a true war hero is a disgrace to his country. That is illegal. The Kerry people are within their rights to sue O'Neill, Perry and all the rest for everything they're worth and more. If they don't sue it's only because they don't want a media circus and want to stay on positive message. No jury in the country would stand up for the ShiftyVets. They are obvious extremist partisan liars. They are also criminals. Libel is a serious crime.
