McCain has not called upon John Kerry to dissociate himself from the claims made in 9/11. McCain has called upon the White House to dissociate themselves from the claims of the Swiftboat vet ads and the claims in the ads which is similar in nature to that made in the book. In the book and in the ad it is "He said she said," In F9/11 there is the film for all to see. Seeing is believing.

ShiftyVets are not in the same league as F-911. F911 actually used facts, though admitted in a very partisan way. ShiftyVets use no facts except their own lies and insinuations. Not a single accusation of the ShiftyVets that I've seen is true at all. Just slander and libel. A lot of it is the way they use their words. They describe Kerry "killing a kid in a lioncloth". Gimme a break. That was a typical VC and he had a RPG aimed at Kerry's boat. An RPG could have easily destroy the entire boat and killed them all. What awful un-patriotic liars are these ShiftyVets not to even mention that. Just because they were in war doesn't give them the right to slander other veterans.

If you were in Nam please explain to us what the Phoenix Program was and how SWift Boats often ferried special forces up river on assassination missions which used terror methods such as disembowlment and beheadings. if you don't know about it, read "Everything We Were" chapter The Green Ghosts written by a SEAL veteran of the Phoenix Program. Also see McNamara's film "The Fog Of War" where he admits outrageous overkill and atrocities as being part of the everyday plan because the far rightwing generals wanted them. Curtis Lemay types. Bomb the gooks into the Stone Age. Remember all that?
