The Swift Boats routinely strafed villages along the river and in free fire zones.... Killing civilians in such an indiscriminate way is an atrocity.... H and I did the same thing...therefore an atrocity.... You say you know about Operation Phoenix? But you have no comment on it's objectives and actions... No atrocities here?? How about cutting off the ears of dead VC...atrocity??? When I told you to google it, I had already done it several times.....you apparantly are reluctant to read anything that may conflict you....typical of the devout. Former Senator Bob Kerrey, Medal of Honor winner, in his book, described how he and his men (Seals) went on ambush and assination missions and tells one story of cutting the throats of a couple of grandparents and their grandchildren to keep them from screaming and alerting the village where the Kerrey group planned to kill VC leaders.....they then concentrated their fire into the village hootches.... is this atrocity... In my mind it is, and I'm an admirer of Kerrey.....
