Schwab Soundview Capital Markets (NSM, TER) JagNotes <<12 August 2004, 07:44am ET NSM: Reit Outperform - NSM presented at our semiconductor conference yesterday, providing additional color around their preannouncement. Despite the preannouncement, given the co`s assertion that the margin structure will remain intact, at 10x C05 EPS, the stock is likely close to finding a bottom. TER: Reit Outperform - Lowering our estimates to reflect cautious subcon order behavior in the current quarter. Risks have heightened for a September quarter order decline as the quarter (no pushouts/cancellations for tester deliveries in 3Q yet). We believe Teradyne has the best product lineup among its peers and is gaining share and the stock is already discounting the weaker subcon fundamentals.>>
