A rightwing caller to O'Reilly today was all excited that the SmearVets had made Kerry "toast". Apparently those in the rightwing chat rooms reading their own propaganda and no mainstream press exposees actually believe anyone other than themselves believes this SmearVet cacapoopy. I would say the SmearVets may even cost Bush veterans votes, and they will certainly get the Kerry supporters up in arms and writing more checks. McCain coming out against them hurts Bush in the middle, exactly the people he's trying to fool now.
