He jumped a list of hundreds, possibly thousands. His timing was just so right, right before his deferrment was up. His score (25% on the exam, if I recall) was the bare minimum to even be accepted.

Circumstantial evidence? Yes. But, convictable evidence, if I were on the jury.

Would Joe BLow have gotten an honorable discharge if he REFUSED to have a physical and didn't even show up for a few months? You do know the answer to that, don't you?
