I've met a classmate of GW while at Yale and he told me that he's in way over his head.Many of the courses were Pass/Fail....must have been tough to maintain a C average.

wm, i saw that ibm news which is great except 2/3 will be overseas...
jeff, i agree that we had a business investment recession but i don't think the upper income focus of the bushies is the answer either on income or dividends. for the most part, coupon clippers don't start new businesses.

to get business restarted at the local and regional level, we need payroll tax relief and health insurance relief as well as job training and increased capital investment tax credits. and yes i would also fund public works projects to rebuild and safeguard our airports, bridges, tunnels etc...

the bushies have also transfereed a lot of the real cost of government services (such as the cost of protecting against terrorism) to the local level. that's not tax releif just a shell game....
