US military stretched so thin we are hiring civilian security guards to guard...our military bases! Plus, we're giving out (on the QT) noncompete contracts for these services. Apparently these so-called minority noncompete contracts are simply funneled through the recipients and actually go to the first or second biggest private security companies in the lower 48. LOL. We are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stupid. No wonder there's no money for things like bridges and schools. iht.com
