McGreevey is expected to discuss allegations made by a former aide.

A guy on the radio said McGreevey has been paying off this guy the past few months. Was he being blackmailed? Also said NJ Dems engineered the ouster. All strictly rumor, of course....

Well. I did have to pick my jaw up off the floor after McGreevey made his announcement. I thought he was resigning because the feds had the goods on him. Turns out it's because this former aide, Golan Cipel, is filing a sexual harassment suit against him. And, just like the Dems with Torricelli, McGreevey is trying to work it so the Dems will stay in power as long as possible without having an election. NJ politics hits bottom, digs.
