It looks as if we prosecuted all those that acted against the Geneva Convention, then not only would many Vietnam vets be up on charges, but a good number of our troops in Iraq.

We need to change our military and civilian leadership to stop putting our troops in the position of making a choice: disobey orders, or break the convention.

That will only happen when we remove the leadership that produces memos advocating the legal position of torture.
