Wrong. The President took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States...not some of them...ALL of them.....and not only those he felt should not apply to him....he violated his oath and the most sacred tenet of your society which is that we are a naiton of laws and not men.....he tried to put himself above a law which he himself signed into existence..... You ma spin it as you like....bottom line is he was unfit to be President.....and violated his oath of office..... he was impeached ....and although he escaped removal......that does not exonerate him from his misdeeds......
