The issue is the impact of these particular allegations, which have nothing to do with dithering. I knew you didn't see the connection. We differ there. My point is that the man who is able to lead, even if he is arrogant, self-promoting and careless of others, will try to make his mark by really leading, not by resorting immediately to strategems and exaggerations. Kerry's behavior, if accurately depicted, is that of an ambitious young man who is trying to seem like a good leader, but who cannot pull it off in real life, when all decisions are dangerous and nobody has enough information.
