There never was doubt that we wanted to broaden the coalition. The point is not that we can go it alone, the point is that we are expected to do things that no other country can do, and at the same time shut up and sit down if we want to pick the most favorable time for our operation to begin, the time most likely to favor the health and well- being of our troops, and others want to dither.
