And that is exactly why we need a president with the intelligence to understand when to use military force and when not to use military force. Bush has demonstrated that he is not that president.

But September 11th showed us, as surely as anything can, that we must act against gathering dangers - not wait for to be attacked... In the world we live in now, responding to attacks is not enough. We must do everything in our power to prevent attacks -- and that includes using military force.

I have always believed that after a major attack such as the 9/11 attack, the Al Qaeda would have gone underground. On the contrary, it was Cheney who went underground. Never figured why Cheney went underground.
