As far as I know, currently, the US is only at war with Iraq and Terrorists. Can you prove otherwise? The U.S. is at war with Iraq, but it's anyone's guess what's going on with terrorism. You can't fight a war against a tactic. TP

I consider Rummy hugely incompetent and irrationally arrogant. Neither Russia under KGB guy Putin or USA under Armadillo guy Bush has ever stood down from the Cold War: - still have nuclear missiles pointed at each other on hair trigger alert - still developing new nuclear missiles- Putin: mobile ones Bush: small ones The reality is that the truly serious war, that between autocratic governments with billions to spend, is still on. People can call it a war or not but that doesn't change the reality of the global situation. Rummy was around to shake hands gleefully with SH while he was gassing his own people. Anything Rummy has to say isn't worth anything without a sincere, heartfelt and public apology for his activities way back then.
