Bush and Rove made a serious mistake in scheduling their convention so late after the Democrats convention. As a trial attorney, I am familiar with the doctrine of "primacy". People are exposed most intensely to a message they hear first. Plaintiffs have an advantage in court because they go first. Kerry used this advantage. That is one reason he is ahead.

Some good campaign manager wasted $50 million of Bush's money running negative ads in the spring. Didn't seem to help Bush much.

If voters are motivated by negative ads then after 90 million in negative ads, why is Bush still behind and fading? Bush ran 2 million in neg-ads in Philly alone and he's fallen way behind Kerry now in the state and the area.

This year people want TRUTH and ANSWERS not BS attacks, slander, negative ads and A-hole politician mentality. Kerry's choice to run a positive campaign was extremely smart. Bush MUST go negative because he has nothing positive to run on. Does he?
