Was it the Dems that went after Quayle or the media? Both. Thus the hypocrisy of pronouncing Edwards the 2nd coming and Quayle an inexperienced shmuck. Boy, you hate Edwards like DR hates Clinton.......you southerners are not nice to your native sons. ;~) Look........I wasn't 12 when Quayle was VP..... and yet, I didn't remember that Quayle was the VP under Bush......that's how much of a nebbish he was. All I remember of him is his making one gaffe after another. It may have been unfair to label the guy a zero but please don't tell me he compares well with Edwards. Edwards is smart, quick on his feet and an able speaker. You don't get that way by accident so I suggest you give credit where credit is due. ted
