I can't tell you how many times I have asked you a question on this thread and never have gotten a response. You have a tendency to do a driveby and then disappear. That's five years and during that time, you've posted on these threads as well. I think that's enough history and when you consider that I can count on one hand things on which we have agreed, I feel very comfortable saying we agree on very little.
