He's only the owner of the name printed on the "gridlock" line of the ballot. Well, that's certainly an apt name for him.

Gridlock MIA Kerry.... (MIA include things like: any action, voting for bills, attending meetings, saying anything meaningful, and etc)

If we are attacked again, by anything, do you honestly he will make any decision? At all? For anything? For longer than a few minutes?
