Bush, Cheney and Delay all dodged the draft. Bush went into the champagne unit of the Texas Guard which was a legal way to get off duty. He started learning how to fly then quit and went AWOL, skipped his mandatory drug test and skpped a total of 15 months of duty. Cheney claimed he had better things to do that go to war. Delay said there were plenty of minority kids to fight so why should he go? Bush lied about going AWOL but that's okay, we know the truth.
