The INVASION was NOT voted in.
The AUTHORITY by the president to invade was.
The decision to grant authority was based on lies fed to the majority.
shrub never told them, "I'm going to invade...give me the authority".
Giving shrub the authority was seen by most as a way to make a more serious threat...not a ratification of a disclosed invasion.

Both BUSH AND IRAQ are VERY unstable...and the entire rebuilding of Iraq scam WAS FOR SURE PREDICATED upon seizing the oil revenues.....
but since they can't get the WATER OR POWER to really work or even to be UP TO THE STANDARDS OF SADAAM HUSSIEN....I'd say they are FAILING MISERABLY
