If this story was true, don't you think major news organizations would have picked up on this? To me this sounds the same as the Swiftboat story. The President's mental and physical health is the concern of the nation since he has his finger on the button.

To me he has always come across as someone who is confused and lost. We all saw how he reacted when the WTC attacks were under way. I am sure the head of a inner city gang would have behaved much better than Bush if that gang leader was informed that his gang was under attack. So my point is that he is not under any sedative. He was always like that, lost and confused and saying those one liners and laughing at his own jokes.
