If someone commits a crime and is not caught...but instead gets away with it...is that person NOT a criminal? Also...... Let's say...hypothetically for now...there was a crime committed by someone with the exposure of Valerie Plame. Let's also say, hypothetically, that it's known by others just who exposed her. That would be two crimes. Would it be fair to call those involved with these two crimes criminals even if they happen to be Republicans in shrub's administration??? ...because it's about to happen.
