Jim, I don't think we can say that about a President whose general health is a public information. The Bushies are engaging in the sort of behavior they are engaging in out of frustration at the poll numbers where they see Bush going down. People are tired of Bush's negative campaign and lies through surrogates. I don't think that Kerry needs to reciprocate since he is already ahead. But if the story is true, then by all means.
