Presidential Debates - Moderators
Drudge has announced a scoop of the moderators for upcoming Presidential debates:

First Presidential Debate: Jim Lehrer (PBS)

Second Presidential Debate: Charlie Gibson (ABC)

Third Presidential Debate: Bob Schieffer (CBS)

Vice Presidential Debate: Gwen Ifill (PBS)

If I see them at the RNC Convention, I'll plug a few questions.

And remember, "Presidential Idol" is now fully underway. The conventions are the prelims, with the candidates warming up and testing the waters. So far Kerry got a mostly-Simon judgment, and Bush is up in 2 weeks.

This fall we'll see the real show. Man against man. Presidential idol against Presidential idol. Winner takes all. There will be no Clay Aiken runner-up consolation prize of a #1 album. The bum that loses goes the way of the Apollo Executioner.
