Some points - 1) At least she doesn't listen to NPR. 2) The New Yorker publishes a wider spectrum of views than most of her other sources.. I think they recently published some of Matt Simmons stuff.

3) From her information sources, she demonstrates that she could be "duped" - thus the need for an elite.

Here in California, every SINGLE newspaper and broadcast outlet(yes, 100%) urged the defeat of the Gray Davis recall.
