I share the same concerns, and gave a pass to GBU last year based on what it was trading at. The current price was too cheap for me to resist, however, since like you I do believe the project will go through. I fully expected people to be presenting phony property claims, which reading between the lines appears to be one of the things they are sorting through. Here's their 2nd quarter update. newswire.ca
