this is really great news. i just hope the democraps don't dump this dumb gal Congresswoman nancy pelosis the democrap. her great leadership will continue to result in further crossovers to the great Republican Party.

**********************************************************

As you may know, I recently decided to switch my party affiliation to Republican.

My decision was reached through lengthy soul searching, where I weighed my own beliefs against those of the Democrat Members of Congress.

I am a Louisiana man, with Louisiana values. My heart and my family reside in the 5th Congressional district with my constituents. I strongly believe it is in your best interests that I vote Republican. The increasingly liberal Democratic Party is no longer aligned with the needs of my district, and as such, I cannot stand with them.

I hope you will continue to support me. I am proud to work for you and proud to be a Louisianan.

Very truly yours,

Rodney Alexander

This post of your was just one long hysterical, hyper-capitalized bunch of distortions and outright lies. No one is talking about removing anyone's right to free speech and you know it. I am talking about the once commonly accepted decency of giving people what they have a right to expect by virtue of their payments, payments made in response to advertisements. Had Rondstadt advertised that she would be doing her little song and dance with leftist political commentary, she likely would have gotten a totally different audience than she had. But I am fairly sure she advertised no such thing. So when she sprang all that leftist garbage on the people from whom she took good money, she was acting like you-- lying, distorting the truth and just being a generally dishonest leftist.

I "freely concede" nothing. I am simply talking common sense, something with which you seem woefully unfamiliar. Were you to buy tickets to hear Itzak Perlman, and then while at the concert Itzak began to tell the truth that the Libertarian Party is running a crook as its presidential candidate, and were you to then hear him express bafflement that anyone could support the morons that comprise the Libertarian Party, you would be incensed. And you would be right to be incensed. You didn't pay your money to be insulted. You paid to hear music. It is very odd that you cannot see the absolutely clear indecency behind what your leftist singers have done. Pal, you have some serious moral issues.

That you are trying to hide behind "free speech" to justify stealing other people's money to promote your politics is most wretched. That you ardently defend what Rondstadt did proves you're no libertarian at all. You are a regular A to Z leftist, Buddy. True Libertarianism would not so easily countenance the fraud you are supporting here, pal. It is the problem with the Libertarian Party. It consists of nothing but a bunch of misguided leftists who have little consideration for common sense, common decency and the rights of others.

Lay off the CAPSLOCK key. It does not make your putrid immorality sound any more reasonable. It is still filth-- but louder.
