Yes McCain has a political future to think about. Besides, if he goes too much anti-Bush then that puts his Senate seat in jeopardy.

Interesting that in the TV talk show one of the participants said that McCain may be offered Rummy's job if Bush gets re elected and the he also went onto add that if Kerry wins then he would be offered that post too in a Kerry Administration.

Regarding Schwarz, I don't know what political future he has to care about. He cannot go any higher than Gov. unless they change the laws. And right now it appears he is a shoo in for his Governor's election in 2006.
