Another place to buy stock right now--aside from manufactured-home companies-- might be in companies which do insurance adjustment for the big insurers. I sold one house for and another house to regional managers from one such insurance-services company many years back........both managers were making high six-figure incomes. They literally thrive on hurricanes, tornados, everyday traffic accidents and stolen cars. My son just left one such company to work for a competitor and just got called away from his regular post to join the troops converging on Florida.....the adjusters are swamped with biz down there.
