Karin, I remembered to listen in at 7:30 & heard a Marine Reservist recently home from Iraq. He listed all the wonderful accomplishments during his stay--schools built and hospitals updated, etc He said when they 1st arrived the Iraqis were guarded but within wks the locals started to smile & children ran up to their vehicles. He also expressed his shock upon returning home at the national media's coverage, which gives the false impression that the U.S. is losing ground in Iraq. Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, I missed John O'Neill, did you catch it?
