Cheney will face indictments in the next year, I predict. There are several investigations going which could land him in jail. Both he and Bush have hired private defense counsel recently, primarily over the treasonous outing of the undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame who was one of our top undercover people on WMD's. Cheney also has legal problems at Halliburton and could be guilty of helping to defraud the American consumers by being involved with the massive energy gouging that has gone on since the day after Bush-Cheney (the oil ticket) were nonminated.
