Absolutely. That's why the wise men of the Pentagon with the support of a Texan named Bush know that it is now time to kiss our European "allies" goodbye and concentrate our energies on the real threat. Those Old Europeans, now saved by the New Americans, can paddle their own canoes for a bit. We have bigger jobs to attend to out there in the big wide and terror ridden world that those Old Europeans don't know how to handle. And John Kerry asks us to be nuanced, sweet, and sensitive. Bullshit.
