We have a disagreement as to what "philosophy" is as well as to what "political" means. Jesus was indeed political. In the sense that his world at the time was ruled not only by Rome, but by the Hebrew priests.

Given that God speaks through George W. Bush (as he has claimed), why do you think Bush is under the impression that Jesus was a political philosopher?

Don't you think God would have taken advantage of the situation to set him straight ("Oh, and while we're talking, My Son is not not a political philosopher ...")?
