Where does the Bill of Rights limit our right to keep and bare arms to muzzle loaders and canons?

When the Bill of Rights was written, the spirit clearly gave the citizens the right to possess arms sufficient to prevent the government from becoming dictatorial. You seem to support dictatorial governments that the founding fathers opposed.

The intent of the Bill of Rights is clear. The founding fathers almoust uanimously considered the government the greatest threat to our freedom. Arms were not only to defend ourselves agaisnt foreign aggressors but also against aggressors in the White House and Congress. The Patriot ACt I and II are clearly signs that we presently have such dictatorially mineded men in the White House and the Cabinet today.
