I am late to the Cambodian Christmas story, but this past week I read somewhere that Kerry said that he was on the Mekong Delta in Cambodia, which is factually impossible, the Mekong Delta isn't anywhere near Cambodia. Is this all about something new Kerry said, or is it something being brought up after the fact by the SwiftVets?

Jim Rassman's ODA was probably on there because SF A teams don't have organic boat assets and were using the Swifties because they had no other means of getting where they needed to go. Just so you know. The SEAL did not get that quite right. To my knowledge every A Team in the Delta had their own boats. Also do not believe Rassman was on an A Team. I believe Rassman had an inconsequential staff job. It remains to be seen what Rassman was doing on that boat.
