So for Admiral Hoffmann and the rest of the Swiftees, this isn’t about Republican or Democrat. Its not about wealth or power. This is a matter of honor.

Andrew,
I have been barking about that for weeks. That author is correct...it is about honor for the swiftees.

And for those swiftees who are officers (O'Neil is one.) it is also about the US Military Officer Code of Ethics which places integrity at the top. Truthfullness in combat unit reports is key to developing winning strategies.

Honor and Integrity drive the swiftees.
Greed and power drive John Kerry and John Edwards.

What drives the DNC? Are those folks, attempting to push john john, interested in honor and integrity or are they too driven by greed and power?

And what drives the swiftees. Is it greed and power for them too?

For starters think about this. The swiftees have promised to donate 100% of any profits they may make to military charities that provide emergency services for military members and their families.

My wife pointed out to me recently that, according to records previously released by Kerry, we donate more to charity every year than Kerry did in his most generous year.

The difference may be bicycles.

The matching bikes we ride cost a little less that $200 each.

Kerry's bike cost a little more than $8,000.

I have seen it before. Those motivated by greed and power will fade when they realize their charade has been recognized. Why continue to play when you know there is nothing to win? Some may even be smart enough, after reading the book, to realize they have been duped by Kerry.

But some will believe that America proved gullibility in the past by re-electing a known liar a short 8 years ago, and therefore they will continue their efforts.

There is work to be done. The election is not over yet.
