Social Security is a huge issue for most elderly Americans!
What has Bush and the Republican Party done about it? Bush is the most fiscally irresponsible President ever. He took office with a surplus of some $100 billion from Clinton. In only four years Bush has a deficit of more than $4oo billion. Some of this was, of course, caused by the economic dislocation caused by 9/11, but the majority of the deficit was caused by Bush's mismanagement. Bush gave a one trillion dollar tax cut to the super rich over ten years. Bush irresponsibly lied about WMDs in Iraq and so far has spent $200 billion in his illegal pre-emptive invasion of Iraq. Bush gave Israel $10 billion in guaranteed loans, $4 billion in foreign aid and $3 billion in energy payments for a grand total of $17 billion in 2003.

How did Bush cover this deficit? He borrowed these funds from the Social Security Trust Fund--to fight wars for Israel, to further enrich the richest in our nation, and to propagate a racist Jewish regime in Israel.

If elected, Kerry and Edwards will address the health care issue. Something has to be done.
