Staying short equities.Todays internals appear to be deteriorating on light volume - re gold volumes for continuous contract are not tracked by stock charts but recently were 50,000 contracts for Dec. I am trying to find out whether they are declining or expanding in the last few days. Thanks for the input and LD as well.

I feel that with Oil making a new intraday high and a higher low, the traders want $50/bbl. We should see Dow 9600 sooner then later.

All eyes will be on AMAT after thw bell. Beating by a .01 will sell on news. If INTC is any indication sox could hit the skids and start to retrace from the bounce it had.

The RNC is at the end of the month so I am watching that. Hopefully we will see Dow 9600 before it starts.
