Good Lord, man, are you really that dense? I copied all the statements I posted from that very site. Their headline is:

Republican-funded Group Attacks Kerry's War Record

It goes on to show that the main contributor to the initial funding was a Bob Perry, a Republican who has given millions to the Republican party. Thus, Republican-funded. If the GOP funded it, it would have said 'GOP-funded'.

Are you really that dense?
