No, my guess is that the NIRB are like babes in the woods, clueless about how to proceed. Do they have a real staff, I must ask? It's like asking a planning board in a mid-size city, to make a determination on a major project. They aren't up to it. The result is that MNG shareholder have had their stock trashed by about 40% in the last few months.
