Well, the boyfriend moved back to Israel and the lawsuit still hasn't been filed yet, as far as I can tell. The case could be filed in state or federal court, there is concurrent jurisdiction but typically they're filed in federal court. Maybe the boyfriend went back to Israel to establish a separate domicile for purposes of the suit. Possible, but not necessary.

Or maybe the lawyers won't file until he signs off on the papers. Possible, but not necessary.

So far it's all bark, no bite, and loses credibility by the day.

But maybe they're negotiating furiously behind the scenes to settle the case before it's filed. That I would believe.
