thecow, yes - I had my NAV defs current. The computer is gone - gave it to a relative, so cannot do any other tests. The second AVG scan - after AVG put the viruses in the vault - was clean. However, then I opened the Norton-protected recycle bin and while doing that and looking at contents, AVG popped up and said it had found another virus. My subsequent scan with AVG found nothing, but AVG cannot access all files. You can tell by looking at the log of the AVG scan that found 4 viruses...
