TideGlider, when you start a new forum you're given the option of moderated or unmoderated. If it's moderated you simply type the name(s). That's exactly what the Kerry forum has been doing since it's creation. He has already excluded most Bush voters from posting at Kerry forum. Whenever someone has strong arguments that challenge Kerry positions, Chinu pushes the ban button. Many posters here requested a rest from Kerry Spirit because she makes same incessant insults & spin.
