After-action reports are the reports from the guys who wrote them. Some are correct, some aren't. I read the section in O'Neil's book that goes over this action, but I can't quote the entire thing from memory. As I recall, I came out of it believing the Officers on the other boats. This was partially due to the conflict in Kerry's own testimony that I recounted in my last post. Kerry has doomed himself in almost every case by putting out conflicting versions of these actions.

I think I have read more now on this than just about anybody here. My opinion is that this would cause Kerry to resign in favor of Edwards if it all got out. But I don't think it will. The media is committed to getting rid of Bush. They will do their best to confuse and hide this issue.
