i hope he has a well thought out plan. i don't know if he was a trial lawyer or not. i hope he is attempting to let the other side offer info in the way a "bad" defense witness might. depositions from the swift vets are fine. but if this case goes to "trial," it will be a "jury" trial. witnesses will have to take the "stand." imho

O'Neill needs to have the other guys with him when he's on the TV shows. Especially the guy who actually was on Kerry's boat. I heard that guy on Michael Savage and he handled himself just fine.
